WINE COOKIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 cup Canola or Mazola oil
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mahleb
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Seeds (caraway)
  • 4 cups Flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients together. Wait 15 min. Shape

2. Bake 375 - 40 min.

3. If you want brush tops with yolk of leftover egg.

4. Makes approx. 55 by using a 1 tablespoon measure

5. Make into a braided shape
