Butter Rings

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • 1/4 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in above water with 2 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter with flour and sugar and salt (so when mixing pie dough). Add eggs, cream, and yolks, beaten together. Put in refrigerator overnight. Form into 3 rings. Bake in 375 oven. Ice while still warm.
