Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Karo syrup
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. peanuts
- 1/8 lb. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients except vanilla and peanuts and cook mixture until it forms a crisp string in cold water. Add vanilla. Fremove from stove and add peanuts and pur into large flat buttered pan, spread and cool.
