  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pint sour milk
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • corn meal
  • Flour



Step 1

Beat eggs well. Add salt,sour milk, butter and enough cornmeal to make a moderately thick mixture. Add dissolved soda. Adding 1/2 c. flour improves the recipe. Bake in hot oven.
