Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. stew meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 8-oz. can tomatoes
- 1 28- oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained
- 1 heap Tbsp. New Mexico chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 level Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 15-oz. cans dark kidney beans, drain.
