Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 pinches salt
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 6 cups flour
Preparation
Step 1
1. Soften in Microwave:
2 cups butter
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
2. Beat all ingredients together except flour until light and fluffy.
3. Add flour and beat until well blended.
4. Divide into 4 portions. Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm – 3 or 4 hours. Prior to baking bring to room temperature.
5. Preheat oven to 375. Roll dough on floured surface ¼ inch (they don’t rise). Bake 10 minutes.
