MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

• 12 Medium potatoes, peel and boil with salt
• Drain and mash
• Add 1 cup sour cream
• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Add garlic salt to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and put in casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
