Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c corn meal
- 3/4 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. French's instant Minced Onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil or melted shortening
- 2 Tbsp. French's prepared yellow mustard.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine corn meal, flour, baking powder, instant minced onion and salt in large misxing bowl. Combine eggs, milk, shortening and mustard; add to corn meal mixture. Stir just to combine. Turn into well-greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 mins. until light brown.
