Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
- 2 TBSP milk
- 2 TBSP melted butter
- scant salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup pean halves to cover casserole
Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly mix first 5 ingredients and spread into greased casserole.
Heat brown sugar and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with pecans.
