CAPRESE SKEWERS

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Sun Drops™ Sweet Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 oz (57 g) Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil
  • 1 tub (385 g) of Pearl bocconcini cheese
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 14 -18 skewers

Preparation

Step 1

1.Place an equal amount of tomatoes and bocconcini balls into a bowl and toss with extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
2.Skewer first your tomato, then a basil leaf followed by a ball of bocconcini cheese.
