Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. potatoes
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1-8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 8 oz. pkg American or Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and boil in water till soft. Drain and mash. Drop in cream cheese, 1 stick of butter and seasonings and mash. Pour in cream and beat. Take another stick of butter and cut in chunks and place on top.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350. Add cheese to top and bake till it melts.
