Favorite Meatloaf

Everyone has their own favorite version of meatloaf, this is ours.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds meatloaf mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme or more if u like
  • salt and pepper, bout 1 teaspoon each
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic powder, sprinkling
  • parsley, generous sprinkling, dried
  • Grated locatelli cheese, small palmful
  • Italian style breadcrumbs, enough to
  • bind
  • Ketchup..

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs with thyme, milk, salt, pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and parsley in large bowl.

Add in meat mixture, bread crumbs, grated cheese. Mix with hands or fork till evenly blended and mixture doesnt stick to sides of bowl. Do NOT overmix.

Form into loaf size you like and glaze generously with the ketchup. Rub it all over the meat. Bake 1 hour or until it reaches 160. Cool 20 minutes and serve.
