Ingredients
- 4 Cups romaine lettuce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes coarsly chopped
- 1 avocado cored and cubed
- 2 Tbsp chives or green onions
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice and worcester sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt and dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp each granulated sugar and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Dressing
In bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar lemon juice Worcester Sauce, salt, mustard, sugar, pepper and garlic, set aside.
Cover platter or large salad bowl with lettuce,. In rows arrange bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado over greens. Scatter chives on top.
