Tender Barbecue Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless pork ribs
- 1/4 c McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite seasoning
- garlic salt
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c seasoned meat tenderizer
- 1/4 c worcestershire sauce
- 1/2-1 c bulls-eye barbecue sauce

Step 1
1. Season meat with meat tenderizer and mesquite seasoning on both sides.
2. Shake garlic salt on both sides of meat. Rub meat. Pour worcestershire sauce on
meat.
3. Place meat on broiler pan. Broil for 10-15 min depending on preference.
4. Flip meat over and broil 10-15 min more depending on preference.
5. Add barbecue sauce and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Broil for 3 min longer.
6. Take out of broiler and place on platter. Cover meat with foil and let rest for
5-10 min. before serving. Foil time is crucial or meat will dry out.
