Prost to Beer Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pot, ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Roquefort, Gorgonsola or Bleu Cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • Dash Worcestershire

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in medium bowl, chill for two hours or overnight. Serve on rye, crisp or pumpernickel bread or crackers.
