Peanut-raisin granola bars

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Line a 15 by 10 inch rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix oats, peanuts, raisins, seeds, cinnamon, condensed milk and butter in a bowl. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake until golden, 45 minutes. Cool slightly, then lift off sheet using foil and invert onto a cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into bars. Wrap in plastic.
