Ingredients
- 3 peaches, halved and pitted
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Brush cut sides of peaches with a little butter. In a small bowl, blend remaining butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Grill peaches, cut side down, for 3 minutes. Flip over and carefully brush with butter mixture. Easier to do if the peaches are removed from the grill first. Put back on grill and grill for 2 minutes, until butter is bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream.
