White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 c powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla
  • 12 oz white chocolate chopped up
  • 3/4 c chopped almonds

Preparation

Step 1

grease an 8x8 baking dish. In a med bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Heat white chocolate in the top of a double broiler over lightly simmering water, stirring until smooth. Fold melted white chocolate and almonds into cream cheese mixture. S pread into prepared baking dish. Chill for 1 hour. Cut into 1 in squares
