Crunchy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 c unsifted flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 2/3 c coconut
  • 3 c corn flake cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the butter and sugars together. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. In a sep bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder, soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter sugar mixture. Mix well. lastly, add the corn flake cereal and coconut and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 min. They will look slightly underdone but don't overcook them.
