Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c shortening
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 T water
  • 1 lb or 4 c powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Using electric mixer on low, combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat on high for one minute only.
