- Oil
- Tbsp garlic
- Half onion
- 8 oz spinach
- 2 cups artichokes
- 3 cans white beans
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté garlic, onions and artichokes in oil on medium high
Add spinach
Purée beans and add to veggies
Add broth, cream cheese
Simmer on low
