Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon extract
- 3/4 cup 7 up
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar together for 10 minutes. Add 1 egg at a time. Add 3 cups of flour a 1/2 cup at a time. Add 2 tablespoons lemon extract and 7 Up.
Pour into a well greased 12 inch Bundt Pan.
Bake at 325 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
