Reuben Dip

Ingredients

• 2 cups Hellmans Light
• 16-18 oz. can of sauerkraut - 1/2 liquid drained.
• 16 oz. shredded colby jack cheese
• 16 oz. corned beef - diced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe glass bowl.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave, stir thoroughly.

Microwave on high again for 2 minutes.

Serve in a small crock pot on warm.
