Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lemon, juiced
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients together. Let sit 2 hours in refrigerator.
Set coals on BBQ at med/low on one side and med/hot other side.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Gtill to sear on hot coals, skin side down.
Move chicken to cooler coals, brush with white sauce. Cook low and slow.
Serve with extra sauce on side.
