Ingredients
- 4 Avocados
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped ripe tomato
- 2 small limes, juiced by hand
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh Cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and mash avocados in medium serving bowl.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for ½ hour to blend flavors.
Tip: Vary flavor by adding to or subtracting from minced garlic, chopped onion, lime juice, and Cilantro amounts.
