Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup onion jam or onion marmalade
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients; mix well
Add a small amount to the meatloaf mixture and use some to glaze the meatloaf. Use any remaining sauce as a sauce to add when serving.
