Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 3 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz frozen mixed veggies (thawed)
- 14.75 oz can creamed corn
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 servings prepared mashed potatoes (or leftover mashed potatoes)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onion until the beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix in veggies. Cook until veggies are soft. Stir in creamed corn.
Spray 2-qt baking dish with cooking oil. Pour meat mixture into the dish. Pack down with a spoon. Spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture.
Bake 20 minutes.
