Honey Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli stems removed and cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter* melted, or olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce** gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp. honey*
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine butter, oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.

Place broccoli florets in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add honey-soy sauce and toss until well combined. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread broccoli out evenly on sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Enjoy!

*Used brown rice syrup in place of honey and avocado oil instead of butter and olive oil.
