  • 1 can 16 oz cream style corn
  • 1 pkg 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 c crushed saltines, divided
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 T dried minced onion
  • dash pepper
  • 2 T butter melted

Step 1

Combine corn, broccoli, 1/4 c of saltines, egg, onion and pepper in a large bowl. Place in a greased baking dish. Combine the butter and remaining saltines; sprinkle over top. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min.
