- 1/2 cup roasted garlic
- 1 tbsp roasted garlic cooking oil
- 1 loaf French bread
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl, mash 1/2 cup roasted garlic and 1 tbsp garlic oil to a coarse paste with a fork. Split one loaf french bread horizontally and spread garlic paste evenly on cut sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place bread on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden and crisp, 20 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
