Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c almonds
- 6 Hershey's bars, broken
Preparation
Step 1
Cook butter, sugar, and almonds over medium heat until soft crack stage and turns caramel color (about 12 mins). Pour into a jelly roll pan (ungreased).
Sprinkle Hershey's bars on hot almond roca and spread. Let sit. Do not refrigerate. Break into pieces when cool.
