Ingredients
- 4 T butter, softened
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp butter flavoring
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp water
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 4 Butterfinger minis cut into chunks
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Stir together flour, soda, and salt.
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg yolk, vanilla, butter flavorings, and water. Stir in dry ingredients. Add chips and Butterfinger pieces.
Form into golf ball sized balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until brown on top.
