Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 peppers, cleaned
- V-8 juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix hamburger, egg, drained rice, fried onion, salt & pepper. Fill peppers,roll remaining mixture into ball size of an egg. Place peppers in dutch oven. Cook over low heat about one to 1 1/2 hrs.
