Ingredients

  • 1 lb dry spagetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 each, chopped, red, yellow and green peppers
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • 1 bag frozen corn
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 pkgs. cream cheese
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup parmesean cheese

Step 1

Saute peppers, onions and carrots in additional butter in deep frying pan. Remove and melt cream cheese with the butter in the same pan. Add the broth and flour, heat through until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper. Have the cooked spagetti noodles in a very large bowl. Pour the sauce over and add all the cooked and frozen vegetables. Mix. Cover with the cheeses and bake for 45 Minutes at 350 degrees. Or divide in 2 and freeze half for later.
