Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 cups milk
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbs. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Freeze in ice-cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
