ULTIMATE BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

  • Wings:
  • 900 g separated, trimmed chicken wings
  • 3/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp flour or cornstarch
  • Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Original sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder.

Preparation

Step 1

Wings:

In bowl, sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour; toss to coat. Arrange on lightly greased non-stick foil or parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake in 400F oven, turning once, until crisp and golden, 45 to 50 minutes.

Sauce:

In small saucepan, combine sauce ingredient and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature. Toss wings with sauce just before serving.
