Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- garlic
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 4 cans chopped clams
- 1 c sliced mushrooms
- sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup white wine
- fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In med saucepan, add butter, garlic, clam juice (including juice from cans of clams). Add mushrooms, green onions and parsley. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and white wine. Simmer. To thicken sauce, sprinkle flour and whisk in to desired consistency.
