Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook until 232 on candy thermeter or forms a firm ball when a small amount is put into cold water. Add butter and vanilla and beat. Pour into buttered pan to cool.
