Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • juice and zest of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon brandy, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Whip the cream until stiff. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Chill before serving.
