Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of water
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except for hash browns. Once well mixed add in hash browns. Sprinkle top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and then drizzle with 1/2 cup of melted butter. Bake for 1 hour on 350.
