Whoopee Pies

Ingredients

• Icing:
•  1/2 cup margarine
•  2 egg yolks
•  2 cups flour
•  1 cup sugar
•  6 tbsp cocoa
•  1 cup milk
•  salt and vanilla to taste
• Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoon onto greased pan. Bake at 350 for ten minutes.
•  1/2 cup shortening
•  2 cups icing sugar
•  1 tsp vanilla
•  2 egg whites
•  pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and beat until fluffy. Join two cookies together with icing.
