Ingredients
- 4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded & finely chopped
- 1 fresh diced white onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped (can roast first to bring out flavor)
- 1 clove mined garlic
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Chop up fresh ingredients and place into bowl.
Toss & serve.
Will keep for a few days in fridge but best eaten within a few hours.
