Lise’s Salsa: Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded & finely chopped
  • 1 fresh diced white onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped (can roast first to bring out flavor)
  • 1 clove mined garlic
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Chop up fresh ingredients and place into bowl.

Toss & serve.

Will keep for a few days in fridge but best eaten within a few hours.
