Ingredients
- 2 12 oz cans frozen limeade
- 1 12oz can lemonade
- 2 juice cans of water
- 1 to 2 qts chilled sparkling mineral water or club soda
- 1 lime, sliced thin
- 1 cup sugar (optional)
- 26 oz tequila (optional)
- coarse salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a non-metal punch bowl combine juices with tequila, water and if desired, sugar. (Tequila should be added to taste. Half of a 26 oz bottle should be sufficient for this recipe.) Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and freeze.
To serve, rub rim of glass with a lime slice and dip in coarse salt. Put one ice cream scoop of slush into the glass and top with soda or mineral water. Garnish with lime slice.
