Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, or walnuts)
- 6 tbsp of butter, softened
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp of vinegar
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together except eggs. Once mixed well, add unbeaten eggs.
Pour into 9” uncooked pie crust. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes (centre will appear runny but will firm as it cools).
