Ingredients
- 1 lbs piece of trout
- 1 tsp Sriracah or another chili sauce
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Begin by preheating your oven to 325 degrees and greasing a baking dish with a little olive oil.
Next, in a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and brush over trout. Place trout in the dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
For a filling and healthy meal, serve with a spinach salad and some brown rice
