French Toast Croutons

  • Challah bread slices
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Cut 4 (1 inch) challah bread slices into 1/2 inch cubes. Stir together 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon in a large bowl. Add bread cubes and 1/2 cup butter, melted; toss to coat. Bake in as ingle layer on a baking sheet 10 minutes or until crisp. Cool completely.
