Ingredients

  • 1 cup (163 g) brown rice flour mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 egg, large
  • 1 egg yolk, large
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1) Mix flour and xanthan gum in large bowl. Add eggs and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Dough should be smooth, pliable, and hold together without being sticky. If it is sticky, add more flour.
