Ingredients
- 2cans2 cans (9 ounces each) bean dip
- 33 avocados, peeled
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1cup1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2cup1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1package1 package (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning
- 2cups2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1cup1 cup sliced ripe olives
- 44 green onions with tops, sliced
- 1large1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- Tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Spread bean dip on 12-in serving plate.
In a small bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Spread over bean dip
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Spread over the avocado layer.
Sprinkle with cheese, olives, onions and tomato.
Serve with tortilla chips.
