Ingredients
- 1 Ib (500 g) lean ground beef
- 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) vvasabi paste
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) hoisin sauce
- l/2 tsp (2 mL) dried basil
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) sea salt

Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into 4 large patties.
Grill the burgers on high for about 5 minutes each side.
Serve immediately with a variety of condiments.
