  • Seasonings:
  • • 2 cans beef consommé
  • • 2 cups water
  • • 2 tsp chicken oxo
  • • 1/4 cup celery (and/or other desired veggies)
  • • 1 onion, chopped
  • • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • • oregano
  • • thyme
  • • celery salt
  • • hot pepper
  • • bay leaves
  • • parsley
  • • pepper
  • • chili sauce (2 tbsp)

Preparation

Step 1

Poor consommé and water in large pot, heat through. Add chicken oxo and chopped veggies, onion and garlic. Add seasonings then bring to a boil. Continue boiling for ½ hour. Add 8 – 10 oz of red wine… Enjoy!
